C-Tran is the agency that operates buses and paratransit in Clark County, Washington, including Vancouver.

The agency is governed by the C-Tran board of directors and directed by C-Tran Executive Director Jeff Hamm.

Under current plans to extend the Yellow Line across a new Interstate 5 bridge into Vancouver, C-Tran would own and design the light rail line but pay TriMet to operate the line.
