Washington is the state just north of Oregon, including Vancouver, Seattle and other frequent destinations for Portlanders.
Washington bicycle law has a few key differences from Oregon bicycle law. One is that Washington doesn't require bicycle helmets for cyclists under 18, though many of its cities, including Vancouver and Seattle, do.
