The Tuneup Issue was the May 2012 issue of Portland Afoot's monthly magazine. Its cover story was a guide to Portland bike shops and other good places in Portland to fix a bike.
The Foot Fuel department featured Euro Dish, a Polish-American food cart on SW 10th Avenue between Alder and Washington.
