South Waterfront
From Portland Afoot
The South Waterfront is a recently built walkable, bikeable, transit-oriented neighborhood south of downtown Portland and interstates 405 and 5 on the west side of the Willamette River.
South Waterfront Community Relations, the neighborhood's marketing office, has described the South Waterfront as "Oregon’s first green neighborhood and the largest green development in the country."
