Shift is a loosely organized Portland-based bicycle group that organizes Pedalpalooza and serves as a platform for other bike fun events year-round, such as Breakfast on the Bridges, bike moves and the Midnight Mystery Ride.
Shift operates a free, popular listserv and events calendar about bicycle-themed activity in the city.
