Roger Averbeck is a southwest Portland-based active transportation activist.

As of August 2011, he sits on the board of the Willamette Pedestrian Coalition and chairs the transportation committee of Southwest Neighborhoods, Inc.

He said in a 2010 interview that he owns a car but hates to drive it.
