Regional Transportation Council

The Regional Transportation Council, or RTC, is a governmental body created by the State of Washington to manage long-term transportation plans in Clark County.

Its Portland counterpart is Metro's JPACT committee. A Metro representative sits on the RTC board, and an RTC representative sits on JPACT.
