OHSU Center for Health and Healing
From Portland Afoot
The OHSU Center for Health and Healing is the largest office building in Portland's South Waterfront. Oregon Health and Science University owns the 16-story, 412,000-square-foot office and commercial building, which was certified LEED Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council after it opened in fall 2006.
Its address is 3303 SW Bond Ave.
OHSU has described it as "the first large medical building in the world" to be named LEED Platinum.
The first floor includes the Coffee Bar at the Tram, the Daily Cafe and two of the free public restrooms in the South Waterfront. The second floor includes March Wellness, a public gym and spa.
The Daily Cafe's water jug is a source of free public drinking water in the South Waterfront.
The second-floor gym is one of several locations where OHSU employees can validate their alternative transportation to campus in exchange for the university's cash benefits.
