Northwest District
From PortlandAfoot
The Northwest District is a neighborhood in inner northwest Portland that includes the Nob Hill commercial district, the north side of the original Portland Streetcar loop and some of the city's densest residential development.
It is home to two of the city's most car-free Census tracts. About one in three workers in the central part of the neighborhood is car-free.
