From Portland Afoot
Mill Park is a neighborhood in outer southeast Portland or east Portland. It sits north of Powellhurst-Gilbert, south and west of Hazelwood and east of Montavilla.
It is one of the neighborhoods with the fastest-improving commutes in the city, according to 2005-2009 Census data, with a 17 percent jump since 2000 (to 77 percent) in the number of workers commuting less than 30 minutes.
