Lombard Street
From Portland Afoot
Lombard Street is a major east-west thoroughfare in North Portland and Northeast Portland. It's the main auto connection between St. Johns and the rest of the east side and runs near the south bank of the Columbia River.
It's among the corridors managed by ODOT.
