From Portland Afoot
Jonathan Ostar is a civil rights, employment and environmental justice attorney practicing in Portland. He graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2003. As of January 2012, he serves as executive director of OPAL, an environmental justice group he co-founded in 1995. It advocates better and cheaper bus service in Portland. Ostar has also worked as an adjunct professor at Lewis and Clark.
