Jeff Cogen is a Portland-based politician who, as of December 2011, serves as chair of the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners. He was first elected to the board in 2004, one of 15 candidates successfully endorsed by the political group Bike Walk Vote.
Cogen was born in Miami, Florida.
