Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation

Metro's Joint Policy Advisory Committeee on Transportation, or JPACT, helps decide which new transportation projects in the Portland area should be built.
The committee is part of Metro, Portland's regional planning agency. Its Clark County counterpart is the Regional Transportation Council. A Metro representative sits on the RTC board, and an RTC board member sits on JPACT.
