Humboldt

Humboldt is a neighborhood in inner north and northeast Portland, just east of Interstate 5 between Skidmore and Ainsworth.
Thanks in part to the Vancouver-Williams bicycle couplet and the Yellow Line, it is one of the neighborhoods with the shortest commutes in the city, and also one of the neighborhoods with the fastest-growing share of short commutes. According to 2005-2009 Census estimates, 87 percent of the area's workers commute less than 30 minutes to work, up 16% from 2000.
