The Employer Issue was Portland Afoot's monthly print magazine for April 2011. Its cover story, by Michael Andersen with photography by Michael Schoenholtz and research by Alexis Grant, listed the 20 downtown Portland employers offering the best benefits for low-car commuters, all of whom were among the Portland employers that subsidize TriMet passes.
