Christopher Day is a TriMet operator and member of Amalgamated Transit Union Local 757. In May 2011 he announced his candidacy for president of the local transit union, saying his "top priority" was to "create transparency, communication and training within our Union."
With this in mind, he said, he was creating a secure, interactive web site, still under construction, that could be used to discuss union business.
