Camas
From PortlandAfoot
Camas, Wash., is the third-largest city in Clark County, sitting across the Columbia River from Troutdale. Portlanders can most easily reach it without cars by riding a C-Tran bus from Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center to Fishers Landing Transit Center in east Vancouver, then transferring to a Camas-bound bus such as the 41 or 92.
C-Tran express buses also run between downtown Portland and Fishers Landing Transit Center during weekday rush hours, providing easy access to Camas.
Thanks to progressive urban planning, private investment and Camas's attractive demographics, Camas's downtown core is very pedestrian-friendly, with a WalkScore of 91 for some addresses.
