Bus chair lift

Bus chair lifts are motorized platforms used on some high-floor TriMet buses to allow boarding by people with mobility issues.

The lifts take 2 to 3 minutes per use, according to TriMet spokeswoman Mary Fetsch, much slower than a bus access ramp.
