TriMet's 99-McLoughlin Express, also called the 99X, provides weekday rush-hour service between Clackamas Community College, Oregon City, Gladstone, Milwaukie, inner SE Portland and Portland City Center, along Molalla, McLoughlin, MLK/Grand and 5th/6th.
At the time of Portland Afoot's 2010 TriMet bus rankings from winter 2010, the 99 was on schedule 86 percent of the time.
