From Portland Afoot
TriMet's 70-12th Ave runs between the Rose Quarter, SE Portland, Sellwood and Milwaukie, along Multnomah, 11th/12th and 17th. In the Moreland/Sellwood neighborhoods, trips alternate travel between 13th and 17th.
According to Portland Afoot's 2011 TriMet bus rankings, the 70 had the second most freeloaders in the system, with 3.7 fare evasions per 1,000 boardings during the week of Feb. 12, 2011. It was also Portland's fourth most walkable line, with an average Walkscore of 80.9 across its stops.
