TriMet's 19-Woodstock/Glisan bus connects Mt. Scott, SE Portland, Woodstock, Eastmoreland, Portland City Center, Laurelhurst and Gateway, via Flavel, Duke, 82nd, Woodstock, Bybee, Milwaukie, Powell, 5th/6th, Burnside and Glisan.

According to Portland Afoot's 2011 TriMet bus rankings, the 19 was TriMet's fifth most frequent line midday, even though it is not officially a frequent service line: its buses arrive every 17 minutes around noon.

According to the final environmental impact statement for the Portland-Milwaukie light rail project, the 19 would by 2030 be realigned to loop through the South Waterfront and cross the Willamette River Bridge on its way to Powell.
