TriMet's 15-Belmont/NW 23rd bus connects Montgomery Park, NW Portland, Portland City Center, SE Portland and Gateway, via Vaughn, Thurman, 23rd, Burnside, Washington/Salmon, Belmont/Morrison, Stark/Washington and 102nd.
The 15 is one of TriMet's frequent service routes.

According to Portland Afoot's 2011 TriMet bus rankings, the 15's stops had an average Walkscore of 83.3, the highest of any line in the system. This is based on the number of businesses within walking distance of each stop, which in turn reflects the pedestrian-friendliness of the surrounding areas.
The 15 was also the fifth most reliable frequent service line, with 74 percent of buses arriving properly spaced.
